The Microcontroller based Flow Loggers of IM 1910 Series Loggers are digital and highly versatile logger series. The Microcontroller based Flow Loggers or Flow Data Loggers are used for measuring flow of various kinds of liquids like water, diesel, oils etc. These loggers work with external flow sensors offering either electrical output like 4-20mA or 0-10 V etc or pulses. The Flow Loggers are of flow sensors of PD [Positive Displacement] type and Turbine type which can be used along with these flow meters. These flow sensors are suitable for free flowing liquids without any sediment. Flow sensors are available from sizes 1" to 4" [15NB to 100NB]. These are intrusive type of sensors and fit on pipe lines with end flanges. Material of construction can be Aluminium, brass, MS, SS304 or SS316 with delrin rotors depending on suitability for the liquid. Flow loggers derive the flow rate as well as total flow values from the input signal and record them against time. They can be thus used as flow tantalizers as well. With addition of set point, they can control the flow amount to be dispensed.
